Yes. If you have organised your own food, or only require bar or food service staff, we can certainly help. The cost of hiring staff is $35 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
Yes. You can book food without staff to serve, however in this case, we would still supply a single staff member to heat / platter / garnish the food for you.
Yes. We will discuss your function and choose the menu together ensuring a range of tastes, textures and flavours, and to meet any special dietary requirements.
Yes. Let us know your colour scheme and we will do our best.
Yes. We can organise crowd control as part of your package.
Yes. We can arrange for you to hire any equipment required such as an oven, tables, chairs etc as part of your package.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, and we ask that the account be settled by the conclusion of the function. This can be done by cash, cheque or internet banking transfer.
As the staff have often departed before the end of your function, staff work on a ‘clean as we go’ policy, ensuring that the general area is kept tidy, e.g., clearing and washing glasses, disposing of rubbish and so on. The staff will ensure that the kitchen area is clean and tidy before they leave.
Yes. We require access to an oven (can hire one if needed), some bench space and running water. We supply all other equipment that we require.
